This was a functional setup that I disassembled to rebuild the tube. There is some damage to outside of tube and the external threads but internal threads are decent and hold collet. It is missing a short dowel pin that mounts in the outer hub where the partial breakout is shown in pics. I've used these closers with this common damage. Free USA shipping. Dan 3475028669
