Hydraulic operation down and spring return up. Cable operated table lift works does have a tooth missing from gear see photo. Does have a crack on the crank that can be brazed or replaced. Has all 4 pins to position table once the selected heigh is reached. Slight oil leak on ram. Replace seal or use like it is. Will ship.
